The changes of pollutants during reuse of effluents were examined. Methods of treatment of effluents were investigated. Results showed that: ( 1 ) The amount of pollutants of CTMP effluents is only 1/6-1/10 of the effluents of chemical pulp. (2) Organic matter in TS is about 80-90%. When the distribution of MW is determined by ultrafiltration, the fraction of MW <10000 is about 70-90%, and that of MW>10000 is about 10-30%. (3) Contents of Na, K, Fe, Zn, Co, Mg, Al, Sr, etc. in the effluents are relatively high. ( 4 ) Part of the effluents can be reused and the other part can be treated by means of anaeration-aeration-coagulation methods.

在实验室条件下,系统研究了速生杨树全树木片碱性亚钠和烧碱蒽醌预浸渍废液及热磨挤浆废水的pH值、色度、波美度、总固形物含量、COD_(cr)、COD_(Mn)、BOD_5、固形物中有机物及无机物比例、分子量分配、无机微量元素及其含量,测定了废液部分循环回用上述指标的变化情况,探索了治理方法和途径。研究表明,(1)杨树CTMP废液及废水污染发生量约为化学浆的1/6—1/10;(2)在废液和废水总固物中,80—90%为有机物。经超滤分级,70—90%为分子量<10000的物质,10—30%为分子量>10000有机物质;(3)无机灰分中,有较高的Na、K、Fe、Zn、Co、Mg、Al、Sr等元素;(4)杨树全树木片CTMP废液、废水可部分循环回用,另一部分建议采用厌氧消化—好氧曝气—凝聚处理为宜。

This paper gives a new method which determines the content of zinc chloride in activator solution for producing activated carbon by indirect iodometry method after prcdccolor and removing iron (Fc3+and Fe2+) .This method has a sharp point and higher precision and accuracy. It has less interference and simple procedure. Experiments shocd that the relative standard deviation of this method was about 0.5% and relative error was less than 1%. The new determination method can improve the quantity problem of product from controlling the content of zinc chloride in activator solution by determining Baume degress method.

本文报道了采用间接碘量法配合预脱色及除铁离子(Fe~(3+),Fe~(2+))处理对氯化锌法生产活性碳的活化剂溶液中锌含量进行测定的新方法。该法具有终点敏锐、干扰少、操作简便、精密度、准确度较高的优点。试验表明该法相对标准偏差为0.55%,相对误差小于1%。解决了目前工厂采用测波美度方法控制配料液浓度产生的质量问题。

The two species showed rapid adaptation when incubated from high salinity (20°Be′) to lower (3°Be′) and slow adaptation when incubated from salinity (2.5°Be′) to higher (15°Be′).
