The study on epidemicity,season trends and techniques of prevention and treatment of bovine hypodermiasis on the northwest grassland in Sichuan is carried out.The results show that,(1) in 1149 yaks and 559 yellow cattle examined clinically,the parasitic rates of hypoderma larvae are 84.25% and 70.28% respectively,and the parasitic strength is 18.32 and 2.17...

The study on epidemicity,season trends and techniques of prevention and treatment of bovine hypodermiasis on the northwest grassland in Sichuan is carried out.The results show that,(1) in 1149 yaks and 559 yellow cattle examined clinically,the parasitic rates of hypoderma larvae are 84.25% and 70.28% respectively,and the parasitic strength is 18.32 and 2.17 respectively,in 114 dissected yaks,the parasitic rate and the parasitic strength are 100% and 71.66 respectively,(2)according to identification of morphology and biochemical characteristics of hypoderma on the northwest grassland in Sichuan,three varieties of hypoderma are confirmed temporarily which are H.boris,H.lineatum and H.sinrnse,(3)the occurring seasons,parasitic positions and moving tendency of the hypoderma larvae in different phases inside the bovine bodies are cleared,and the parasitic patterns of larvae in third phase and the regular pattern of larvae′s pupation,sclosion and the adult′s movement ect. are revealed.(4)Ivomec is a chiefly choosing drug for prevention and treatment of bovine hypodermiasis,which has many advantages such as good effects,little dosage for treatment,broad-spectrum,convenient to use,easy to spread,use of Ivomec for prevention and the treatment of bovine hypodermiasis could obtain great economic and social benefit.

对川西北草地牛皮蝇蛆病的流行情况、季节动态及防治技术的研究表明:(1)临床检查牦牛1149头、黄牛599头,皮蝇蛆寄生率分别为84.25%和70.28%,寄生强度为18.32个和2.17个;剖杀检查牦牛114头,皮蝇蛆寄生率为100%,寄生强度为71.66个.(2)川西北草地皮蝇的种类,经形态学和生化特性鉴定定为牛皮蝇H.bovis、纹皮蝇H.lineatum和中华皮蝇H.sinrnse等三种.(3)弄清了皮蝇各期幼虫在牛体内的寄生季节、寄生部位、移行动态、三期幼虫寄生方位、入土化蛹羽化规律、成虫活动规律等.(4)害获灭(Ivomec)是防治牛皮蝇蛆病的首选药物,具有效果好、广谱、剂量小、安全、使用方便、易于推广等优点,防治后可获显著经济效益和明显社会效益

A nested PCR has been successfully developed to detect rabies virus. It could detect a volume of 3 TCID 50 of rabies virus and gave a positive result of 0.8 pg of RNA. The positive results were only from rabies virus strains CVS, HEP flury, RC HL, ERA, 1088, Komatsugawa by two pairs of primers, while the rabies related virus strains Lagos bat, Duvenhage, Mokola and other virus strains VSV, rotavirus and CDV showed negative. A nested PCR has been successfully developed to detect rabies virus. It could detect a volume of 3 TCID 50 of rabies virus and gave a positive result of 0.8 pg of RNA. The positive results were only from rabies virus strains CVS, HEP flury, RC HL, ERA, 1088, Komatsugawa by two pairs of primers, while the rabies related virus strains Lagos bat, Duvenhage, Mokola and other virus strains VSV, rotavirus and CDV showed negative. In the detection of growth of rabies virus in mice brain, Nested PCR provided a positive result in the first two days after inoculation, however IFA and PCR showed negative. Nested PCR could also identify RNA of rabies virus in liver, heart, lung, spleen of mice 5 days after inoculation.

应用建立的 Nested PCR特异地检出狂犬病病毒株 CVS、 HEP-Flury、ERA、RC-HL、 1 0 88、Komatsugawa的 RNA,但对类狂犬病病毒 Lagos bat、Duvenhage、Mokola及水泡性口膜炎病毒、轮状病毒、犬瘟热病毒均为阴性。该法敏感性很高 ,能检出 3TCID5 0 或 0 .8pg的狂犬病病毒 RNA。用该法测定了小鼠脑内感染 CVS株后的病毒增殖和移行动态 ,对感染小鼠的主要内脏器官进行了病毒 RNA检测 ,结果发现小鼠脑内感染 CVS 5d以后在其心、肝、脾、肺等内脏器官均检出了病毒 RNA。

临床检查了牦牛和黄牛体内寄生的牛皮蝇蛆 ,其寄生率分别为 84.2 5 %和 70 .2 8% ,寄生强度分别为 18.3 2个和 2 .17个 ;剖杀检查牦牛 114头 ,寄生率为 10 0 % ,寄生强度为 71.66个。经鉴定 ,牛皮蝇的种类有牛皮蝇 (Hypodermabovis)、纹皮蝇 (H .lineatum )和中华皮蝇 (H .sinense) 3种。弄清了牛皮蝇各期幼虫在牛体内的寄生季节、寄生部位、移行动态、三期幼虫寄生方位、入土化蛹羽化规律、成蝇活动规律等。药物防治试验证明 ,Ivomec注射液和国产的阿福丁片均是杀灭牛皮蝇蛆的首选药物。
