The doctorial advisor team construction of the doctorial students is vital to the training qualities of the doctorial students. The perfection of the management system is an important premise to improve the educational level. Only effective measures can ensure the training qualities of doctorial students. Therefore, the reinforcement of the doctorial advisor team construction is the key to the training qualities of the doctorial students.
