Three kinds of film system made by reflective film of metal with medium film for controlling solar radiation, i. e. ZnS/Ag, In2O3: Sn/Ag and SiO2/Ag have been studied and can be used to different areas according to meteorological conditions and their spectrum characters.
An actual coating process of multilayer dielectric film system is simulated with a computer numerical analysis, the effect of the thickness error on the transmittance and reflectance of λ 0/4 high reflective film system is analysed, and the allowable thickness errors of different layers under certain transmittance and reflectance requirement are discussed.
In the present article,the recording films,dielectric films and reflective films used in CD series optical discs,magneto optical discs,phase change optical discs and DVD series optical discs are introduced. The operational principles,performance requirements and the optimal matching between these films are briefly reviewed.
Some different thickness aluminum reflective films were produced on silicon substrate by using the electron-beam evaporation method and high purity aluminum target. The reflectivity curves of Al film in the visible light region were measured, the density and conductivity of films were analyzed.
