本文采用的有机发光材料为8-羟基喹啉铝(8-Alq),结构为ITO/8-Alq/Al夹心式单层EL结构,制备三种不同厚度:300(?),600(?),1500(?)的有机薄膜EL样品.对比和分析它们的I-V和B-I特性曲线,证实发光层厚度对有机薄膜EL样品的亮度产生显著影响,并在稳恒直流电压激发下,探讨了电子和空穴载流子在发光薄膜中的输运,据此分析了产生上述影响的主要原因.

An organic laser based on the soluble conducting polymer, Poly[1,8 octanedioxy 2,6 dimethoxy 1,4 phenylene 1,2 ethenylene 1,4 phenylene 1,2 ethenylene 3,5 dimethoxy 1,4 phenylene] (CNMBC Ph) has been fabricated. The laser was pumped by the light pulses from a third harmonic radiation of a Nd∶YAG laser. The stimulated emission was achieved in the blue wavelength region with the peak at 450nm.
