In this paper, the coupling vibration equation between pipe and fluids is deduced according to the model of elastic─supported pipe at both ends coactivated by the qinternal and external howing fluids,and the dynamic characteristics is analyzed by usingGalerkin's mode lamination method.Associated with the experiment proposed in Ref.[1],thenatural frequency of the pipe and its amplitude─frequency characteristic are calculated,andthe experimental result is also discussed.

This paper studies the film stability theory of the sliding bearing system with elastic support. On the basis of establishing the model of the system containing both support damping and rotor external damping, the film unstable vibrations of the system are calculated by the use of nonlinear method, then the methods and the concrete measures of narrowing unstable region are dealt with ,thus proving that the width and the amplitude of the unstable region is limited. The use of lower dimensionless integrated coefficient and moderate dimensionless support damping coefficient and/or higher dimensionless rotor external damping coefficient can decrease the unstable region. A set of resonable support parameters can make the amplitude frequence curve of unstable vibration behave like resonance curve in its form, so that the rotor will be capable of crossing the unstable region quickly.

研究了弹性支承滑动轴承系统的油膜稳定性理论。在建立包含支承阻尼和转子外阻尼在内的弹性支承滑动轴承系统模型的基础上,用非线性方法计算了该系统的油膜失稳振动,讨论了缩小失稳区的方法和具体措施。结果证明,该系统的失稳区宽度和幅度都是有限的;采用较低的无量纲综合系数和适当的无量纲支承阻尼系数和/或较大的无量纲转子外阻尼系数可以缩小失稳区;合理的支承参数将使失稳振动的幅频曲线变为形态上好象共振曲线一样,这样转子将能迅速地越过失稳区。

This paper studies the film stability theory of the sliding bearing system with elastic support, analyzes the film stability by means of linear method followed by determining the first and second stability limit as well as a stable region, and deals with the concrete measures of improving the stability. The results confirm the existence of the upper stable region and the second unstable region. It is concluded that lower dimensionless integrated coefficient and moderate dimensionless support damping coefficient and/or higher dimensionless rotor external damping coefficient can increase the upper stable region, thus making the rotor operate in the stable region after its crossing the unstable region, which is a new approach to solve stability problem. Finally the effectiveness of the method is illustrated by a practical example.
