The experiments showed that the solute leakage of wampee seeds or excised embryos increased greatly after priming. The pretreatments with ABA, Ca2+ or tea polyphenol before desiccation obviously reduced the desiccation sensitivity...

In comparison with control, the short-term and high-temperature priming with Ca2+ before storage improved the vigour of seeds preserved after one year. The results showed that the pretreatments before desiccation were necessary for increasing the viability of wampee seeds.

黄皮种子经脱水至40%左右或持续贮藏(一年以上)后种子活力迅速下降,PEG对劣变种子直接引发不但不能提高其活力,反而使其活力更为下降,甚至丧失萌发能力而引发加速了代谢物质的消耗和渗漏。在黄皮种子脱水前用ABA、Ca2+、茶多酚(抗氧化剂)预处理,明显降低了黄皮种子的脱水敏感性。结合用PEG引发技术,则能较大幅度提高黄皮种子脱水后的活力,Ca2+短时高温引发也能提高黄皮种子贮藏一年后的活力,说明预处理是提高脱水和贮藏后黄皮种子活力的必要措施。

The modified surfaces provide good antithrombogenicity and tissue compatibility.

目的研究等离子体引发低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)表面肝素化以及肝素化LDPE表面抗凝血性和组织相容性.方法利用等离子体引发技术在LDPE膜表面接枝聚乙二醇(PEG)和肝素,用体外凝血时间及细胞生长试验考察改性LDPE表面的生物相容性.结果PEG和肝素接枝到等离子体引发的LDPE表面,肝素化LDPE表面水接触角降低,亲水性增强,表面自由能增大,PEG和肝素接枝的LDPE表面可以延长活化部分凝血活酶时间APTT以及凝血酶时间TT,对血管壁平滑肌细胞的粘附与生长具有促进作用.结论等离子体引发将PEG及肝素大分子引入到LDPE表面,可提高表面的抗凝血性与组织相容性.
