     Flavonoids were separated from Chinese tallow leaf (CTL) using silica and sephadex LH-20 gel columnchromatography, identified their purity and analyzed quantitatively using HPLC, analyzed quanlitatively using UV,IR,NMR,LC-MS. 用 3龄菜青虫对曼陀罗、泽漆、苍耳、天名精等 1 2种杀虫植物的提取液进行了室内杀虫活性的测定。结果表明 :曼陀罗叶和泽漆植株的提取液对菜青虫的触杀作用和胃毒作用均很强 ,其触杀死亡率分别达到 84 .4 %和 75.5%,而其胃毒死亡率则分别高达 92 %和 88%。苍耳植株提取液 ( 53 mg/kg)对菜青虫的胃毒作用最高 ,达到 94 %,但其触杀死亡率只有 57.8%。天名精、乌桕叶、苦楝叶和番茄叶则对菜青虫有较强的拒食作用 ,拒食率分别高达 92 .9%、92 .1 %、91 .3 %和 87.6%。苍耳和曼陀罗的拒食活性则较小 ,但对菜青虫生长发育的抑制作用则较强 ,处理后 72 h其生长比率也只有 3 8.7%和 4 1 .2 %。
