To exploit Chinese tallow resource with native characteristics and to use its leaf synthetically, antioxidant-rich fractionswere extracted respectively from Chinese tallow leaf by various solvents, such as water at 90℃, 70% ethanol in water and ethylacetate (EtOAc). The antioxidant activities of the extracts were evaluated respectively by hydroxyl radical scavenging activitymethod, the linoleic acid peroxidation prevention method and reducing power method. At 4 mg/ml concentration, various extractswith 90℃ water and 70% ethanol in water showed 42.42%~63.62% and 20.71%~54.49% hydroxyl radical scavenging activityrespectively. These extracts also showed good reducing power at 200μg/ml concentration, equal to 2×10-4mol/L Tu, by the potassiumferricyanide reduction method. The extract with EtOAc was superior to the others in preventing the peroxidation of linoleic acid.Chinese tallow leaves extracts might be exploted for antioxidant and health supplements.

为了开发国产特色资源乌桕,综合利用乌桕叶,以90℃热水、70%乙醇、乙酸乙酯提取不同乌桕品种叶材料中的抗氧化物质,用清除羟自由基模型、抑制亚油酸过氧化模型和铁氰化钾还原力模型评价抗氧化活性。结果表明:70%乙醇浸提物和热水提取物显示出较强的还原力(200μg/ml样液相当于2×10-4mol/L的硫脲)和清除羟自由基活性(4mg/ml样液清除率:热水提取物为42.41%~63.62%,醇提取物为20.71%~54.49%),且极大地相关于所含的类黄酮含量(水提物上述两种抗氧化性与类黄酮含量相关性系数分别为:0.7793、0.8258;醇的分别为:0.8319、0.9335)。抑制亚油酸过氧化以乙酸乙酯提取物较强。乌桕叶提取物可望开发抗氧化剂和健康佐剂。

AIM: To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of extract of Sapium sebiferum leave(E-SSL). METHODS: Hot-plate procedure and writhing test in mice were adopted in experimental analgesic model, and anti-inflammatory model of mouse ear edema induced by xylene, rat paw edema induced by carrageenin and exudation of abdominal blood capillaries of mice were applied. RESULTS: The analgesic experiment showed that ig E-SSL at the dose of 0.5,1.0,2.0g·kg -1 had significant inhibitation to writhing response...

AIM: To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of extract of Sapium sebiferum leave(E-SSL). METHODS: Hot-plate procedure and writhing test in mice were adopted in experimental analgesic model, and anti-inflammatory model of mouse ear edema induced by xylene, rat paw edema induced by carrageenin and exudation of abdominal blood capillaries of mice were applied. RESULTS: The analgesic experiment showed that ig E-SSL at the dose of 0.5,1.0,2.0g·kg -1 had significant inhibitation to writhing response (P<0.01,P<0.05) induced by acetic-acid, the inhibitory rate was 58.3% to 34.1% and the pain threshold in mice with the hot-plate procedure increased obviously after being taken E-SSL for 1.5h in the 1.0g·kg -1 group and 1h in the 2.0g·kg -1 group (P<0.01,P<0.05). In anti-inflammatory experiment, E-SSL had marked inhibitory effect on exudation or edema induced by all three types of inflammation in animal models. ig at the dose of 1.0, 2.0g·kg -1 had good preventive action to mouse ear edema induced by xylene, rat paw edema induced by carrageenin, and exudation of abdominal blood capillaries of mice caused by acetic acid (P<0.01,P<0.05). CONCLUSION: E-SSL has significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect on animal models and shows obviously dose-effect ralationship.

目的 :观察乌桕叶提取物 (E SSL)的镇痛抗炎作用。方法 :镇痛实验采用小鼠热板法和扭体法 ,抗炎实验采用二甲苯致鼠耳肿胀法、角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀法和腹腔毛细血管通透性法。结果 :乌桕叶提取物 0 .5、1.0、2 .0 g·kg-1ig对醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用 ,抑制率为 5 8.3%~ 34.1% ;1.0 g·kg-1药后 1.5h和 2 .0 g·kg-1药后 1h明显提高小鼠热板痛阈 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。乌桕叶提取物对多种致炎剂引起的渗出、水肿均有明显的抑制作用 ,1.0、2 .0 g·kg-1ig对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足趾肿胀及醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性有良好的预防作用 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :乌桕叶提取物对实验动物模型具有显著的镇痛抗炎作用 ,且呈明显的量效关系。
