For an axisymmetric vertical-shaft wind turbine in permanent rotating under complete dissipation. the author makes an analysis on its stability criterion and the flexible drive of its blades. The analysis may serve as a theoretical basis for the design of vertical-shaft wind turbine.

Based on the theory of wind energy, this paper derives the equations for sitechoosing of wind power plant and optimum selection of windmill from two different points of view. The method is illustrated by the example of forteen sites and forteen different windmills,and the result gives the exploit order of sites and optimum windmill for each site. compared with the previous methods,this method is easy and convenient.

本文根据风力发电的基本理论,从风能利用和发电成本两个角度出发,推导出风力发电站选址与风力发电机选型的目标函数。同时给出了具体的计算方法,通过14个风速观测点和14种机型的计算,给出了这些观测点的开发顺序及所适用的风力发电机装置.实践证明,这种方法快捷、方便,节省时问和设计工作量.
