In this paper, a series of equations are derived from the Navier-stocks eq-uation, so that all main construction parameters of viscous couplings can becalculated. Couplings designed by this method are compared favorably with that bythe old method of cut and trial., Their performance is nearly the same, but de-sign takes less time and expenditure. By this method, product with better performance is feasible. In fact, a newtype of coupling has already been developed.

硅油风扇离合器发展到现在已有五十多年的历史。在这几十年中人们进行了许多试验研究工作,积累了大量的经验、数据和资材,使得这种离合器性能越来越完善。但是,到现在为止,人们仍然停留在试验研究阶段,这是一种费时、费力、费钱的工作。作者企图从理论上探索,去找出一套系统的理论化的设计方法,以节省时间和费用。现在初步有些结果,作一简介。本文从Navier—stocks方程出发,在硅油风扇离合器泵油机构和歪斜装配的边界条件下,进行了一系列的积分运算,找出了泵油压力的九元函数和各种歪斜压力函数曲线。阐明了泵油压力和歪斜压力与各种结构参数之间的关系。以及它们对离合器的结构设计灵敏度,和寿命的影响,找到了离合器的性能和寿命的理论计算方法。为本产品的设计工作找到了一条新路子。试验结果表明,新的理论计算方法与传统的试验研究法,虽然走的路子不同,但其结果却是一致的。不同的是新方法理论性强,细致系统,为进一步提高改进离合器提供了很好的依据。最后介绍一种在新思想指导下,构思出来的一种新离合器专利。较理想地解决了现行离合器工作性能和热负荷问题。

This paper describes the design and calculation of an airfoil cooling fan in B6135Q 2 diesel engine for SH163 15 Ton truck. The advantages of high efficiency, low consumed horsepower and low noise as compared with the pressed blade fan used in both 6135Q-1 and 6135Q-2 diesel engines are shown.
