It is shown through examination of electro-heat upsetting that the alloy containing small cobalt had the optimum life, at least 20 times more than W-20Cu alloy. Nowadays Gw-7W alloy has been applied in valve factories.

采用粉末冶金液相烧结工艺,研制了90W-Ni-Cu、90W-Mo-Ni-Fe和90W-Mo-Ni-Fe-Co三种w合金,测定了它们的力学性能。后两种合金比90W-Ni-Cu合金的强度和硬度高,适合于作电镦模具材料。同时发现后两种钨合金的室温硬度相近,但是加入微量钻的合金,其高温硬度明显提高,抗高温变形能力强。这三种合金通过电镦试验证明,加微量钴的合金,电镦寿命最佳,比工厂生产用的W-20Cu合金高20倍以上,现已在全国气阀厂开始逐步推广应用。

By use of the liqiud sintering technology a GW-7 tungsten base alloy has been made. The alloy services as a die material for upsetting engine valves. Experimetal results show that the alloy has a satisfactory hardness and resistance of deformation at high temperature, and the service life of the GW-7 anvil block is 20 times more than W-20Cu alloy.

采用液相烧结工艺.研制了GW-7W合金,适合于作电镦模具材料.结果指出该合金具有较高的高温硬度和抗变形能力。通过电镦试验这种合金比W-20Cu合金砧块,使用寿命提高20倍以上。
