     With the aid of FE code MARC/Autoforge, a thermo-mechanical analysis of the tube round during two-roll rotary rolling process was studied. From the simulation, the field of strain and stress and the distribution of temperature are respectively obtained. The W-shaped distribution pattern of deformation on the longitudinal section of the round, which was obtained from physical simulation experiments, is further verified and the reason causing the W-shape is discussed in detail.

The distribution of deformation in the section of tube rounds during Man-nesmann piercing has been experimentally studied with a view to establishing itsmechanism. It was shown: 1. The distribution of the intensity of strain across the diameter of a tuberound is inhomogeneous with W-shaped. The intensity of strain on the sur-face layer and centre layer is stronger than that on the intermediate layer. 2. Its inhomogeneity increases during the process. 3. Distinct deformation at the centre of the tube rounds has taken place be-fore the cavity occurs, so that the fracture is tough. 4. It is proved that the results obtained by adopting three experimental meth-ods are very alike.

为了分析二辊斜轧穿孔时中心金属的变形和裂断机理,确立穿孔变形的工艺实质.研究了圆坯斜轧时断面上变形的分布.采用反映二辊斜轧变形特点的合理研究方法,通过实验确立了沿断面直径上变形强度呈W形分布并不断加剧的规律,即: 1.沿圆坯断面上变形强度的分布是不均匀的,呈W形.边缘层和中心层的变形强度比过渡层为大. 2.随直径压下量增加,其不均匀性不断加剧. 3.孔腔形成前,中心金属业已发生明显的塑性变形.孔腔开裂属韧性断裂. 4.采用不同试验方法所得结论相似.

It is proved by experiments that the structure at the centre metal of the tube round during piercing in Mannesmann piercer has undergone a series of changes in which the whole regular process of origination and development of deformation and fracture is expressed. This regularity of the process can be characterized by "five areas" (stage character) and"three layers"(regional character).The writers analysed the relations of mutual promotion and restraint between the processes of deformation and fracture.It is...

It is proved by experiments that the structure at the centre metal of the tube round during piercing in Mannesmann piercer has undergone a series of changes in which the whole regular process of origination and development of deformation and fracture is expressed. This regularity of the process can be characterized by "five areas" (stage character) and"three layers"(regional character).The writers analysed the relations of mutual promotion and restraint between the processes of deformation and fracture.It is proved that there is a definite "working state" produced at the centre of the tube round in Mannesmann piercer (i. e. mechanical state and structural state) with which metal is favourable to be pierced. The writers put forward the chief technological essentials of the piercing process in Mannesmann piercer and establish optimum piercing pattern as well as a viewpoint that we must make full use of and control the fracture process at the centre metal. They must be considered as the theoretical basis of technological control in piercing.

试验证明:二辊斜轧穿孔时中心金属在特定的应力场作用下,其组织状态发生了一系列变化,具有一个有规律的变形和裂断发生发展过程。这个过程的规律性可以用五区(阶段性)和三层(区域性)加以概括。分析了变形过程和裂断过程相互伴随、相互制约关系。论述了金属体内产生的有利于实现穿孔成型的特殊的中心加工状态(即变形的力学状态和组织状态),提出了二辊斜轧穿孔变形工艺实质和最佳穿孔工艺图示以及对中心金属的裂断应该加以利用又必须加以控制的观点,试图建立正确进行穿孔工艺调整的理论基础。

This paper presents a skew rolling between two rolls tube elongator with stretched mandrel, which has the following advantages: higher operating efficiency; stabilization of rolling process; reduction of energy consumption; higher quality of tube products and posibility of rolling under large feed angle etc.

本文提出的带拉力芯棒二辊斜轧延伸机有如下优点:速度效率高、轧制过程稳定、降低能耗、产品质量好以及可实现大倾角下轧制等.本文仅就如下运动学问题做一理论分析:不同芯棒操作方法对轧制速度的影响;各种导向装置对轧制速度的影响以及选择最佳芯棒速度.
