对航天产品进行系统可靠性评估是确保航天试验成功的一项重要工作 ,在载人航天试验中可靠性安全性要求更高。本文研究了航天产品可靠性的评估方法 ,以航天员系统为例 ,通过对几种常用的系统可靠性模型与评估方法的分析比较 ,给出了串联模型、并联模型、表决模型、旁联模型与和联模型 5种系统可靠性模型的经典评估方法与 Bayes评估方法。针对所研制的航天产品系统可靠性评估软件 ,提出了软件的分层设计思路 ,采用了友好的人机交互界面。使用表明该评估软件可准确迅速有效地进行系统可靠性评估 ,使用方便 ,操作简单 ,具有较强的可推广性。
