Bacillus subtilis HGD107,a fibrinolysin production strain,was screened from Douchi.The strain was cultured in shake flask or 15 L fermentor to study liquid-state fermentation technique.Under the optimal fermentation conditions,the activity of fibrinolysin reached 3643 U/ml(urokinase unit) in shake flask,and 2050 U/ml(urokinase unit) in 15 L fermentor.
