In order to study the characteristics of human dynamic response to vibration, 56 subjects were exposed to vibration on X, Y and Z axes. Using three-level artificial neural network, common reflective relation of the resonance frequency with height and weight of the human body and exciting accelaration were obtained.The above findings might be applicable to studies of vibration ergonomics.

56位受试者以坐姿承受X、Y、Z三个方向、不同振级的振动,以研究人体对振动的动态响应特性。人体振动响应的幅频特性曲线表明,人体是以一个整体进行振动响应的。多数部位有两个共振峰。全部受试者同一部位的传递性曲线是相似的,但具体的频率和幅值存在个体差异。通过研究发现人体的共振频率随着振动强度的增加而降低。但未见过类似报告,因而进一步开展动物实验研究。8只兔、6条狗、4只猴子承受了不同强度、不同方向的振动。结果表明,动物对振动的动态响应特性与人体的响应相似。全部实验动物的共振频率皆随着振动振级的提高而下降。在实验数据的基础上,建立了人体振动响应的数学模型。同时还利用三层人工神经网络方法建立了共振频率与身高、体重和振级之间的非线性映射模型。研究结果对振动人机工程学研究和应用有重要意义。

The results indicated that the treated ECM of animal tissue only remained a collagen frame of tendon, skin, cartilage and bone. 

细胞外基质(ECM)研究是组织工程学的重要部分,即是重要基础研究内容,又是研究细胞外基质的替代物课题。针对目前临床上大量应用人工合成的ECM存在的问题(炎性反应、排斥反应、相容性等),本研究试图用动物的组织(自然的)ECM替代人工合成的ECM。用组织工程学方法处理动物组织,获得的产物经HE、奥新蓝染色、光镜观察和不染色切片偏光显微镜观察,证实经处理后的动物组织ECM仅剩下肌腱、皮肤、软骨和骨的胶原框架。

离子束生物工程学是一门首先兴起于中国的交叉学科.虽然仅有10 余年的发展历程,但已在诱变育种、植物转基因、生命起源和进化以及环境辐射与人类健康等方面取得了一些重要的阶段性研究结果,开辟了具有重要理论和应用价值的研究方向,为遗传工程及相关领域提供了新的研究手段.随着离子束生物工程学的进一步发展,它还将在细胞加工、非对称细胞融合等方面发挥重要作用
