So far it has not formed a set of perfect, reliable design standard. This article describes the application of"Production Line Balancing Organization Method"of the management engineering to the design of technological process of part production so as to make the technological design methodized, regul- arized and readily ensure balancing production within each operation sequence, therefore it will be able to shorten the time of production run, reduce the quantity of stock parts to be machined in the prod- uction process and promote the economic profit in machining process. 生产部门在制订被加工零件的工序计划时,如何做到各工序间合理的平衡,达到生产线均衡生产,是一个非常繁琐的工作,至今尚无一套完整、可靠的设计规范。本文研究将管理工程学中的“生产线均衡组织法(L·B组织法)”应用于机械零件生产的工艺规程设计中,使工艺设计条理化、规律化,易于保证各工序之间达到平衡生产,从而缩短了生产周期,减少生产过程中的在制品数量,提高了机械加工的经济效益。
