The model of the frequency domain is based on the transmission line theory and the unknown quantities are the node voltage of the network of underground pipelines, so the memory required is rather small and the calculating speed is very fast. The approach presented herein is of significance to the design and the selection of rights-of-way of the power lines, communication lines and pipelines.

The developing trend of power system protection and supervise and control system goes to the direction of high speed, accuracy and unification. According to the characteristics of digital signal processors (DSP), the new unit of OC protection with supervise and control system has been designed and implemented based on double digital signal processors. The unit has big advantage for improving the speed of data processing. The Dual Port Random Access Memory (DPRAM) is used to realize the communication between two processors. FFT transform with more samples per period is used for measuring and control system, so that high measurement accuracy in time and fast harmonics analysis are reached. DFT with twenty-four points per period with filtering function is applied for the OC protection, which can eliminate the disturbance of high harmonics and leads to high selectivity and reliability of the OC protection.

根据微机保护系统的快速、准确的发展趋势和DSP数字信号处理芯片的特点,设计并实现了一种双数字信号处理芯片结构的电流继电保护和测控装置,提高了数据处理速度。采用双端口随机存储器实现两处理器的通信。通过每周波多点数快速傅立叶算法计算,实现对配电线路实时高精度测量、快速谐波分析等功能。微机保护算法采用了具有数字滤波功能的24点离散傅立叶变换算法,消除高次谐波的干扰,提高了电流保护的选择性和可靠性。
