Field test provides strongly gist for this project, but high-speed data acquisition and processing become one of the technological difficulties of the solutions to the above problems.
We design a test system based on virtual instrument to acquire input signal from agricultural machine sensors. The software of the test system is based on LabWindows/CVI, which is a software platform on test and control. This test system can also test static and dynamic characteristics of force sensors.
These results lay the foundation for research on the precision drills automatization, and provided important reference for using virtual instrumentation in agricultural machinery.
