AIM: To confirm that CD4~+CD25~+ regulatory T cells don't have an instinctive defection in IL-2 secretion, and to have an insight into the maturation state of CD4~+CD25~+ T cells in cord blood.
The results showed that the respiration rate and water content of chestnut gradually decreased with increase of ripeness degree. The proportion of dehydration and mildew was low during storage. The respiration rate and water content of ripe chestnut were3.41mg CO2/100g·h and 48.95% respectively and 3.76% and 10.01% respectively lower than the chestnut harvested ten daysearlier before ripeness.
Objective To study the value of the phosphorylated isoforms of insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1 (IGFBP-1) in cervical secretion in the prediction of cervical ripeness.
The presence of biologicial conifugration of ββ type as C 29 17β(H),21β(H) 30 norhopane,C 30 17β(H),21β(H) hopane and C 31 17β(H),21β(H) homohopane indicate the low maturity of the sedimentary organic matter.
It is adopted R0, C29-20S/20S+20R and C29-ββ/ββ+αα define the maturity of source rock, and C29-20S/20S+20R, C29-ββ/ββ+αα as well as vitrinite reflectance of crude oil reduction (RC) to define maturity of crude oil in west Qaidam basin.
The maturity of grape harvested on Oct.19 in the experiment achieved the maximum value as 35.66,total phenols content reached 246 mg/L,tannin content reached 318 mg/L,and polyphenols content reached 21.72 mg/L.
However, the contents of 2-furfural, 2-dimethy-benzaldehyde, 1-ethyl-cyclohexen, 1,2-benzaldehyde -isobutyricbutyrate, 4,6(Z),8(Z)-megastigmatrienone-3 decreased steadily with maturity of tobacco leaves.
(1) Total organic carbon (TOC) content of excellent marine source rocks does not change obviously when Ro >amp;lt; 0.8% or Ro >amp;gt; 1.3%, and the residual TOC content is decreasing gradually with the maturity increase at 0.8% >amp;lt; Ro >amp;lt; 1.3%.
In this paper, we introduce themodeling of carbon isotope kinetics of natural gas formation and its applications to the assessment of natural gas maturity, the determination of the gas source, the history of gas accumulation, and the oil-gas ratio.
The carbon isotopic characteristics of natural gas are not only affected by the gas source and maturity of the source rock, but also are related to the accumulation condition and geothermal gradient in a basin.
Due to the inhomogeneous maturity of source rocks in this area, gas exploration would mainly be carried out in the Lower Paleozoic areas, while oil and gas exploration would be in the Upper Paleozoic ones.
At the early stage of maturation of the phloem ganglion, most of the phloem ganglion cells' vacuoles cracked, and the cytoplastic Ca2+ content increased in large number.
Successful immunotherapy of tumors requires understanding of the natural relationship between the immune system and tumor in the status of differentiation, invasion and maturation.
In addition, the widespread emergence of social consciousness, obtained through interest groups and the mass media, is equally important in signaling ripeness for change.
Strong inhibition of processes of ripeness and synthesis of carotenoids occurs with nonallelic interaction in the double homozygotes alc/alc//rin/rin, nor/nor//rin/rin, and alc/alc//nor/nor.
This promotes the formation of a new "non-ripening" phenotype with the absence of visual signs of ripeness, i.e., a whitish-green coloring of the fruit.
The distribution of the main nutrient elements (N, P, K) as well as microelements (Zn, Mn, Cu, Co, Mo) and heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Sn, Cr, and Ni) in various organs of soybean and wheat plants in the full ripeness stage is studied.
Experiments are described in which young adult Eurygaster integriceps were kept in cages on various diets including dry wheat ears, ears in the stage of "milky ripeness", green camel-thorn (Albagi camelorum) and water in various combinations.

The authors suggest that in the determination of developmental periods it is necessary to take into account both the features of the morphofunctional maturity of the organism and the mechanisms, which allow its interaction with the environment.
