目的 :测定六神丸及各单味药中可溶性砷的含量及砷与半胱氨酸配合作用和毒性关系。方法 :DDC -Ag方法测定可溶性砷的含量。用化学模拟法合成砷—半胱氨酸配合物。结果 :六神丸中砷回归方程为Y =0 0 0 36± 0 3110 ,r =0 9994。得到半胱氨酸砷配合物 ,毒性实验结果 :三氧化二砷LD50 =15 0mg/kg ,半胱氨酸砷配合物LD50 =6 5 0mg/kg。结论 :六神丸和雄黄含砷外 ,个别单味药也含有微量砷。这与多方面因素有关。砷能与半胱氨酸发生配合作用 ,形成半胱氨酸砷配合物。急毒实验证明配合物的毒性明显低于三氧化二砷的毒性。说明半胱氨酸能拮抗砷的毒性

Two new complexes of L-lysine,L-threonine and Arsenic triiodide were synthesized by the solid phase reaction and characterized by elemental analysis,XRD,UV spectra and IR spectra.The chemical composition and structure of complexes were determinationed.And the antibacterial activity of the complexes were researched.

以L-赖氨酸、L-苏氨酸和三碘化砷为原料,采用室温固相合成法合成了两种新型氨基酸砷配合物。通过元素分析、紫外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射和红外光谱对配合物进行了表征,确定了配合物的化学组成和结构,并研究了配合物的抑菌活性。
