The examination of TEM microstructures illustrated that many rod-shaped phases appeared in the overaged structure after Pre-stretching. The analysis of the electron diffraction pattern revealed. that η phase exhibits a new orientation relationship with the matrix:(001)η//(111)α, (110)η//(112)α.

本文研究了淬火后预拉伸(O~5%)对7475铝合金T6、T76、T73三种时效状态拉伸性能、导电率及微观组织的影响。研究表明,预拉伸对T6峰值时效强度影响不大,但使T76、T73二种过时效强度下降,同时使三种时效状态的延伸率降低,导电率升高。电镜观察发现,预拉伸后的过时效组织中析出许多形貌成杆状的粗大η相。经电子衍射分析表明,这是一种具有新的取向关系的η相。其取向关系为: (001)η//(111)α (110)η//(112)α [110]η//[110]α

The values of plane strain fracture toughness K IC of T-L and L-T orientation of7475aluminum alloy were measured.By means of standard compact tension test and SEM analysis,the anisotropy of plane strain fracture toughness K IC in7475alloy were investigated.And the anisotropy mechanism has also been discussed.Results of the study show that:there exists appreciable anisotropy of fracture toughness in7475alloy.The K IC in T-L orientation is lower than the L-T orientation by about 10MPa·m 1/2...

采用标准紧凑拉伸试样测定了7475铝合金T-L和L-T向的平面应变断裂韧性KIC值。利用扫描电镜分析了断口形貌,对7475合金KIC各向异性的程度和机理进行了研究。结果表明:7475合金的断裂韧性具有明显的各向异性,T-L向的KIC约比L-T向低10MPa·m1/2或25%左右。同一取向上,KIC的大小与时效制度及加工工艺有关。

Analyzed the influence of extrusion temperature on the mechanical properties of 2A12 alloy thick tube which is T4 condition,the results express the extrusion temperature is higher,then the strength of tube will be higher.When extrusion temperature is 370℃,the tensile strength is 450 MPa,the yield strength is 300 MPa;when temperature is 400℃,the tensile strength is 540 MPa,the yield strength is 400 MPa.

研究了挤压温度对2A12铝合金T4状态厚壁管材力学性能的影响。结果表明,挤压温度越高,管材的强度越高。当挤压温度为370℃时,管材的抗拉强度为450MPa,屈服强度为330MPa;挤压温度为400℃时,抗拉强度达到540MPa,屈服强度达到400MPa。
