To meet the requirement of dispatching center and improve the defects in the master station's fault record analysis software nowadays, a power fault waveform recurrence and analysis system, in which following modules such as remote data transmission, format conversion of data, information management and fault analysis are involved, is developed by use of Visual C++6.0. With this system different types of recorded fault data can be transformed into standard COMTRADE format, so at the dispatching center the fault data of the whole power network can be unitedly managed and the commonly used functions such as waveform recurrence, harmonic and vector analysis, power analysis and fault analysis are realized. In addition, solutions of some concrete problems in the application of Visual C++6.0, which appear during the development of remote transmission and communication, design of loading structure of COMTRADE formatted data, display of GUI and the special design of scrolled graphical interface, are expounded.

针对调度端的具体要求及目前电力系统主站故障录波分析软件的不足,采用Visual C++6.0开发了一套电力故障波形再现及分析系统,主要包括数据远传、格式转换、信息管理、故障分析等模块,可将不同类型的故障录波数据转换为标准的COMTRADE格式,使调度端能对全网的故障数据进行统一管理,实现波形再现和分析、谐波和矢量分析、功率分析及故障分析等常用功能。此外,文中还阐述了应用 Visual C++6.0开发时的几个具体问题及其解决方法,如远传通信、COMTRADE格式数据的装载结构设计、图形用户界面显示及图形界面滚动特殊设计等问题。

By this scheme all the problems mentioned above are completely solved. Furthermore, the fault FTU(s) can be isolated automatically to minimize the faulty area on the conditions at that time. So it can realize traditional DMS functions with a master station or implement super high speed fault isolation and supply restoration. The principle of the scheme is introduced and examples are presented to analyze the procedure of restoration. It is proved that the scheme, with its advanced technologies and reasonable costs, can fully meet the requirements of super high speed restoration by laboratory tests and site operation.

针对目前国内常规配电自动化技术方案存在的故障隔离与供电恢复完全依赖主站、故障隔离与供电恢复时间较长、可靠性较差、任一点故障都有可能导致同一供电区全部停电从而导致供电公司和电力用户蒙受不应有损失等问题, 提出了一种配电网超高速故障隔离与供电恢复的技术方案, 不仅彻底解决了这些问题,而且能够自动屏蔽那些发生故障的FIU,使故障隔离区在当时条件下达到最小,既可与传统配调中心配合构成常规的配电网自动化系统,也可独立实现超高速故障隔离与恢复供电。此外,还介绍了该技术方案的原理并举例分析了各种情况下的故障隔离与供电恢复过程。经实验室测试、实际工程实施和运行实践证明,该方案能够满足超高速故障隔离与供电恢复的要求,技术先进,价格合理,具有很强的通用性和实用性。
