These phemomena suggested that by injection of amikacin, the glomerular filtration rate (GFR), renal tubule reabsorption and urine concentrating capacity were damaged.The observation by light microscope found that the pathological changes exsisted in proximal convoluted tubule of kidney which displayed degeneration and necrosis. Ultrastract-ural observations revealed that the size and number of secondary lysosomes, which contained myloid-body, were markedly increased in the proximal tubnle cells.

本文报道了国产丁胺卡那霉素对大鼠肾脏功能、组织病理和超微结构的变化。按每日每公斤皮下注射下肢卡那霉素50mg、150mg和450mg,可使大鼠血浆肌酐及血浆尿素氮于给药后第八天明显升高,尿中钠离子、钾离子排出明显增多,尿渗透浓度下降伴尿量增多,与对照组比较有显著差别(P<0.05)。光镜观察显示病理损害主要位于肾皮质近曲小管,表现变性、坏死。电镜下超微结构变化主要是近曲小管细胞中溶酶体体积增大、数量增多,内含髓样体。说明丁胺卡那霉素具有一定肾毒性。
