In this paper , the author ,basing on her own working practice , points out some mistakes which can be made easily in the course of fluid filling in vacuum for floated inertial sensors and suggests an effective new way to improve the fluid filling technique in vacuum.

This paper has improved and developed the original transfer matrix method which can only analysis characteristics of the torsional vibration of branches-axes system. The concept of branched inertia component has been presented and a new transfer matrix method which can calculate the characteristics of free torsional vibration of complicated axes system with several closed-ring has been established. The paper has designed a BASIC program on microcomputer Apple Ⅱ, proved the new method depending on several examples.

Independent variable's integrations of capacitive element and inertial element were selected as state variables and state equations of telescopic boom control circuit were deduced. Then the dynamic model is presented and the dynamic characteristics of the circuit are known.
