The LiCo_ 0.1 Mn_ 1.9 O_4 powder with high discharge capacity and cycling performance is prepared at sintering temperature of 700℃ for 10h. At the current density of 0.1mA/cm~2 and cut-off voltage of 3.5～4.4V, this powder possesses the initial and stable discharge capacity of 123mAh/g and 113mAh/g, respectively.
