In this paper , the technology , method and the range of usage of the jet grouting technique are presented. The equipments , parameters and effect of grouting by using of single , double and triple drilling method are compared in detail. Some exmples have been given in using the jet grouting technique for the consolidation of soft ground to prevent the building from subsidence for shaft sinking, tunnelling and bridge construction in the railway and civil engineering. Analysis has been made theoratically and technically the mechanism of forming a grouted column , diameter of the grouted column , presure of grouting , the structure of the jet nozzle , the rotory and lifting speed of the jet nozzle. Finally, the authour points out the shortcomings and problems of the current jet grouting technique and the way of improvement.

Viscoelastc and viscoplastic strain incremental formulas are derived for interface elements and soil ele-ments around piles and the axisymmetric elastic-viscoelastc-viscoplastic fintie element aprogram is compiled. Creep effects on the settlement of piles, the building load carried by raft and the distribution of stresses along piles are analysed. In addition, the beba-viour of interface between pile and soil are investigated through experiment.

本文所述之工程实例为利用现有的振动打桩设备加以改造,使之能起到振动、水冲、灌注和挤密的作用,在地基中形成卵石夹砂的桩体,与被挤实的淤泥土共同组成复合地基以承受上部的荷载。文章介绍了本工程的设计和施工概况。为了验证本文提出的软基加固方法,在现场进行了载荷试验和沉降观测。本工程主体建筑砌块完工后还进行了技术鉴定,鉴定的结论意见是肯定的。
