Using the Factors Analysis Method, The author assesses the comprehensive strenth index of 19 cities and 68 towns. All this cities and towns are devided into four levels. We then caculate the division index for the outer effection field of each center city, figure out the economic impact region of each ceter city by simulating economical connection network among the cities.
