本文通过对35例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者外周血红细胞膜胰岛素受体数(EIR)及糖化血红蛋白(HbAic)的测定,发现两参数之间的相关系数r=-0.694(P<0.01);而两种不同亲和力的胰岛素受体数之比(高亲和力结合位点数/低亲和力结合位点数)与HbAic的相关系数r’=-0.001(P>0.05).作者认为细胞膜上胰岛素受体绝对数目的变化在血红蛋白糖基化过程中与精化的产物HbAic呈负相关,而两种不同亲和力受体数目之比值则与HbAic无明显相关性.

对149例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者进行了眼底检查,同时测其24小时尿白蛋白排泄量(24hrUAE)、24小时尿N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(24hrUNAG)、血β2-微球蛋白、糖基化血红蛋白,并记录血压及病程等。结果显示:糖尿病视网膜病变的发生率随病程延长、血压升高、24hrUAE及24hrUNAG增加及肾功能降低而明显增加,血糖控制不良促进其发生。

Conclusion: Ferulic acid,Eleutheroside and Rheum Officinale possessed marked inhibitory effects on nonenzymatic glycosyiation in vitro.

目的:研究某些中药有效成分对非酶糖基化的抑制作用。方法:中药有效成分加入体外白蛋白糖基化体系中,评价这些中药成分对糖基比终末产物(AGEs)形成的相对抑制率。结果:与参照糖基化反应抑制剂氨基胍相比,阿魏酸、刺五加皂甙和大黄醇提物对AGEs的相对抑制率分别为95.21%,94.75%和94.75%。结论:阿魏酸、刺五加皂甙和大黄醇提物对体外糖基化反应有明显抑制效果。
