In this paper a method of using GIS spatial analysis function to realize detecting danger points, lines and planes within a limited region of deviation in Electronic Chart automatically so as to provide the reference for the decision making of routing design and navigation monitoring.
Considering there are many factors influence route design, and each factor has different influence on different ships, the research proposed a method on the basis of specific ship condition and sailing time to carry on the route selection, namely based on the establishment of route and climate database, in view of the specific ship condition, confirm routes' grade by means of fuzzy synthetic evaluation from the aspect of the security and the economy, select the most superior route accordingly.
During the last five years, the aerial and ground tests、 researches and applications have been done, basing on which the aerial remote sensing technique system of sea ice has been formed initially and has been applied into practice that consists of aerial remote sensing monitoring sea ice system, flying route design of sea ice surveying,ground surface standardized analysis of sea ice and ground surface treatment on aerial remote sensing material of sea ice.
