In order to verify the effective-ness of the control approach on the suppression of system oscillations and the enhancement of system stability, laboratory tests and digital simulations are made on a three-machine electric power system.

First,based on H.N.Koivo's multivariable self-tuniug controller (MSTC), this paper presents a new multivariable decoupling self-tuning controller (MDSTC).Then, this MDSTC strategy is used to study the integrated control of turbogenerator sets. Simulation results show that this strategy can impove remarkably the dynamic and transient stability limits of power systems and can restrain the oscillations of the systems effectively during large disturbances.

本文首先在H.N.Koivo建立的多变量自校正控制器(MSTC)基础上,通过对系统CARMA模型进行V规范分解,并在目标函数中引入对解耦的要求,从而提出了一种新的多变量解耦自校正控制器(MDSTC). 然后,作者将MDSTC策略用于汽轮发电机组的综合控制的研究。大量仿真结果表明,该控制策略能够显著地提高电力系统的微动态稳定和暂态稳定极限,并能有效地抑制系统在各种干扰下的振荡。
