碳酸二甲酯作为甲基化剂和羰基化剂是一种十分有用的有机合成中间体。本文研究了碳酸丙烯酯与甲醇反应合成碳酸二甲酯的工艺条件。优选了反应温度、催化剂种类和用量,原料配比等条件的最佳范围。根据实验结果得到此反应的反应热△H~0为-6926.2 J/mol,反应平衡常数与温度的关系为:lnK_p=-7.075698+6926.2/RT并提出了反应机理,建立了动力学方程:r=16551.8exp(-41373.5/RT)C_AC_B-19254.75exp(-28285.5/RT)C_CC_D/C_A

Dimethyl carbonate is synthesized directly from carbon dioxide and methanol in the presence of magnesium methoxide. The experimental results show that reaction is influenced by the duration and temperature of reaction, the pressure of carbon dioxide and the magnesium content. The selectivity of dimethyl carbonatei is high. Methyl formate is the only by product.?
