    In our country and abroad it has been observed that many heavy-duty steel crane runway girders develop longitudinal cracks after a few years of service and eventually fail in their carrying capacities. These cracks happen in the welding connecting the web and top flange and in the web in the vicinity of the juncture. These facts indicate that the provisions in the present design specification for crane runway girders are still inadegnate for such heavy-duty crane girders. As a part ot our research program, a series of tests are performed on the steel crane runway girder prototypes under eccentric crane rail loadings, in order to investigate the following problems: 1. Influences of torsional moment due to eccentric transverse loadings at the top flange upon the web stresses and deformations of the girders; 2. Influences on the additional local bending stresses of the web due to changes in stiffener spacings; 3. stresses and deformations of the girders under horizontal loading acting on the top flange; 4. The distributing behavior of crane rails under local concentrated loadings; 5. Influeuces of various kinds of brake-resisting framework on the state of stresses and deformations of the girder as well as the actual behavior of the framework. Theoretical analysis of these problems will be given in separate reports.

    在国內外部曾发现厂房中,有相当数量承受重级工作制吊车的钢吊车梁使用时间不长,在上翼缘焊缝及其附近腹板处即出现纵向裂缝以至丧失承载能力。这说明现行设计规范对承受重级工作制吊车的钢吊车梁的设计规定还未能全面反映其实际工作状态。本文正是研究这个问题的一个方面。通过偏轨静力试验探索了以下几个问题:1.偏心扭矩对吊车梁腹板应力及变形的影响;2.改变横向加劲肋间距对吊车梁附加弯曲应力的影响;3.水平力对吊车梁的应力及变形的影响;4.吊车轨道对局部荷载的分布作用;5.不同制动结构对吊车梁应力、变形的影响及制动结构的工作情况。对于所探索问题的有关理论分析,另有专题报告。

    As cracking pressure is one of the basic mechanical proper is of presrs- sed co crete water pipe, it is necessary to the formula for calculation of cracking pressure which is a measurement of working capability of pressure water pip. In the present paper, the problems existing in the application of the for- mula used today i. e, the various important factors affecting the cracking pres- sure test were discussed. A formula was developed for calculation of the testing pressure of pressure water pipe based upon its actual working co- ndition (by transforming the external load into a corresponding internal water pressure) and a concept different from that of cracking pressure, For a basic of testing and measuring the load bearing capacity of the pipe under the condi- tion of the combined action of external and internal load. The formula develo- ped by the present author can be used to replace that for calculating cracking pressure normally used. The data of the testing pressure for pressure water pipes of various sizes and types under different laying depths was listed as a reference for manufactures and builders.

    “开裂压力”是预应力混凝土输水管的一项基本力学强度指标,为此,探讨一下衡量压力水管工作能力的“开裂压力”计算公式,是十分必要的。本文论述了现在一般应用的计算公式,应用中存在的问题,即影响开裂压力试验的许多不可忽视的因素。文中,从区别于开裂压力的概念出发,以管体实际工作情况为依据(即把外力转换为相应的内水压力),建立了压力水管“检验压力”的计算公式,用以代换沿用的“开裂压力”计算公式,作为检验、量度管子在内外荷载共同工作下的承载能力的依据。并计算出各种规格、类型的压力管,在不同复土深度下的“检验压力数据表”,供生产及建设单位参考。
