Compared with the frontal crash test data of full scale vehicle, the FEM model is validated. Based on the results of FEM simulation, the multibody model which includes steering system, simplified vehicle body and Hybrid Ⅲ dummy is set up. The dynamic response and injury criteria of the dummy during the impact are calculated. According to the results of computer simulation and test, the crashworthness of the vehicle is evaluated, and the improving project of the vehicle structure is presented.

为了在汽车的设计阶段使被设计车辆更好地满足耐撞性的要求,以某汽车为研究对象,采用动态大变形非线性有限元模拟技术,模拟了该车正面撞击刚体墙的过程。与已完成的该车实车正面碰撞结果进行了对比分析,验证了所建立的有限元模型的正确性。在此基础上,进一步建立了该车转向系、简化的车体和混三型假人的多刚体系统,通过应用多刚体动力学技术模拟了发生碰撞时假人的动态响应并得到了其损伤指标。最后根据模拟计算得到的结果对该车前部结构的耐撞性进行了评价,并提出了结构的改进方案

Design theories of this dummy are simulating human's bio mechanics configuration and keeping a good stature to withstand concussion. Simple impacting experiments have been done with this dummy, and the data were analysed by a special signal processing system. This system includes a special measurement system with a friendly man machine interface designed in Visual C++. The experiment results indicate that the design method and the measurement system are feasible.

A rear impact CAE model including seat,seatbelt and BIORID Ⅱ dummy is built in the MADYMO environment.The influence of seat design parameters and the sleding EA(energy absorbing)mechanism of seat on occupant neck responses in low-speed rear impact is studied using MADYMO and AUTODOE.The simulation results indicate that recliner rotation stiffness,recliner yielding moment and seatback cushion stiffness have great influence on occupant head-neck responses,and proper seat design may reduce neck injury risk.Also,the enhancement of seat performance in rear impact by a sleding EA mechanism is validated by simulations.

在MADYMO环境下建立包括座椅、座椅安全带、BIORIDⅡ假人的尾撞仿真模型,应用MADYMO及AUTODOE对座椅设计参数及座椅平动吸能机制对低速尾撞中乘员颈部损伤指标的影响进行了研究。模拟结果表明,座椅靠背铰旋转刚度、椅背屈服力矩、椅背接触刚度等参数对乘员头颈部响应的影响显著,通过适当的座椅参数设计可以达到降低尾撞中乘员损伤几率的目的。同时,座椅整体平动吸能对座椅尾撞安全性能的提高也在模拟中得到了验证。
