CIMS(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System), as the integrated system of information technology and modern management technology, has abundantly been studied at home and abroad, and it has successfully been put into use in the industries such as mechanism, petroleum, weaving, light industry, metallurgy, coal, chemistry, mailing, rag trade and so on, but CIMS is completely a lacuna for Chinese housing industry.
After that, the author analyzes the evolution of the reformation for Chinese housing system and the influence for different classes with empirical analysis, and then retrospect the development of Chinese security system for housing consumption and discusses some existing problems.
On the basis of studying, summarizing and absorbing the foreign relevant achievement in the research field, combining with the reality of Chinese housing real estate market, this paper focuses on the factors influencing housing prices of our country from the comprehensive and partial views.
In the last paragraph, the author suggested that by the cooperation of government and relevant association, some new feasible policy and step can be made to support the development of the steel structure house system which will impel the housing industry and start a new age in China.
