本文从时频分布的物理概念出发,首先指出了各种时频分析方法的内在联系和差别,然后着重从连续子波变换在信号分析中的物理意义来讨论它的数学表示和特有性质,并和短时傅里叶变换作了比较。接着对连续子波变换在时间尺度平面上的离散化的概念作了扼要描述。最后,基于文中叙述的物理概念,对子波变换的应用和进展作了简要评述。

The white noise of PD(partial discharge) signal brings great difficult to the PD signal's processing, so eliminating the white noise is a necessary section. After the processing with this method, the PD signal is not distortion and the effect of eliminating white noise is very good. 局部放电信号中的白噪声给局放信号的后续处理带来了很大的困难 ,白噪声的剔除是局部放电信号处理中的一个不可缺少的环节。虽然有很多剔除白噪声的方法 ,但是大都不是很适合局放信号的处理。局部放电信号和白噪声有着不同的Lipschitz指数 ,经过小波变换后二者在时间—尺度平面上有不同特征。据此 ,文中提出了一种剔除白噪声的新方法 ,该方法运算简单 ,适合局放信号快速处理。处理后的局放信号不失真 ,而且剔除效果良好 ,能够运用于现场局部放电信号的处理

A method for de-noising by threshold,and their method has been used in many signal de-noising and compression problems.But it is not successful for the signals with detail local signal.It is known that detail local signals and noises have different Lipschitz coefficients,and after DWT they have different characters in time-scale domain.In this paper,a new improvement threshold method was proposed,which could de-noise effective and remain detail local signals as many as possible.

Donoho等提出了一种基于小波变换的阈值除噪方法,这种方法在信号除噪及数据压缩等领域得到了广泛的应用。但是,Donoho设计的阈值处理方法对含有微弱的局部信号的除噪效果不明显。根据局部信号和白噪声有着不同的Lipschitz指数,经过小波变换后二者在时间-尺度平面上有不同特征,文中提出了一种新的除噪方法,利用该方法可以有效地去除噪声,同时保留微弱的局部信号,减少除噪过程中信号能量的损失。
