    The mammillary body, a pair of hemispheric tissue located at the base of brain behind hypothalamus, was known to have abundant vessels and ample supply of blood. Recently Atrial Natriuretic Factor (ANF), a peytide involoved into the central regulation on blood pressure, was reported. It was also noticed that there were many ANF immunoreactive neurons in the medial nucleus of mammillary body (MB). but upto now few report dealing with the ANF concentration and its change under pathological status was ever published....

    The mammillary body, a pair of hemispheric tissue located at the base of brain behind hypothalamus, was known to have abundant vessels and ample supply of blood. Recently Atrial Natriuretic Factor (ANF), a peytide involoved into the central regulation on blood pressure, was reported. It was also noticed that there were many ANF immunoreactive neurons in the medial nucleus of mammillary body (MB). but upto now few report dealing with the ANF concentration and its change under pathological status was ever published. The content of ANF in MBs of rats from 3 experimental groups namely, hemorrhegd and contral SHR, and Winstar rats, were measured. The concentration of ANF was revealed the much higher in SHR with cerebral hemorrhage than contral (93.98 pg/mg vs 68.82pg/mg, p0.05) and Wistar (30.09pg/mg). However no significant difference was detected among the ANF levels in median eminences of the three groups. Judged from present study, therefore, the ANF in MB was believed to be relcassed into circulation to regulate in certain way the blood preessure, and salt in diet might affect the concentration; while the ANF in median eminence was probably involved mainly in the regulation of pituitary function.

    Observation of intracranial pressure, EEG, ECG, CT scan, platelet aggregation and structure after anatomical examination under light and electron microscope have been done on 20 experimental cerebral hemorrhage dogs. Treatment and control groups were divided. The results showed that the best prescription of controlling intracranial pressure during acute stage of hemorrhage was mannity (1.0~1.5g/kg) with hormone and furosemide which could reduce 30%~50% of intracranial pressure and maintain its effect about 2.5~3h...

    Observation of intracranial pressure, EEG, ECG, CT scan, platelet aggregation and structure after anatomical examination under light and electron microscope have been done on 20 experimental cerebral hemorrhage dogs. Treatment and control groups were divided. The results showed that the best prescription of controlling intracranial pressure during acute stage of hemorrhage was mannity (1.0~1.5g/kg) with hormone and furosemide which could reduce 30%~50% of intracranial pressure and maintain its effect about 2.5~3h without any bouncing phenomenon. In the treatment group, absorption of hematoma was better than control group and could be revealed on CT, EEG, and microscope changes. The function of platelet aggregation was inhibited;the brain tissue reaction was in absorption period. A comparison between the two groups showed significant difference. These suggested that the combination of clinical management with early rehabilitation must be done to help the patient recover better.

    A safety study of small dosage ultrasonic wave on experimental cerebral hemorrhage/Yu Shi-xun, et al//Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine, 1992, 7(5):213~214 Adopted home dog experimental cerebral hemorrhage model formed with self-blood, we observed the pathological change of hematomoble side cortico brain tissue and opposite side brain tissue at small dosage pulsed transfered ultrasonic therapy. The pathological morphology change of the ultrasonic group and control group are both slight cerebral edema under fiberoptic scope. Having observed the pathologic change of cortico nerve cell, nerve fiber nerve synapse and small vascular exudative change, we found that the ultrasonic group is lighter than control group. It indicated that this study by using 0.5~1.0 W/cm~2 pulsed ultrasonic therapy on cerebral hemorrhage is no harm, and it is safety.     采用自身血制成家犬实验性脑出血模型,观察小剂量、脉冲移动法超声波治疗时,血肿侧皮层脑组织及对侧脑组织的病理变化。光镜下超声组和对照组的病理形态变化均为轻度脑水肿。电镜下皮层神经细胞、神经纤维、神经突触的病理变化及小血管的渗出性改变等,超声组均比对照组轻。说明了本研究采用的0.5~1.0W/cm~2的脉冲超声波移动法治疗脑出血,对脑组织无损害,该法是安全的。
