The effects of tantalum addition on the superconducting Tc of C15 V2 (Zrx Hf1-x) ternary compounds are multiple dependent on the composition. It has been observed that there is a monotonic decrease of Tc with tantalum addition for V2 (Zr0.5 Hf0.5) with highest Tc is ternary system. This is just the opposite of Ta addition effect on V2Hf. V2 (Zr0.5 Hf0.5) the essentially different behavior of V2 (Zr0.5 Hf0.5) from that of the latter may be attributed to the effect of 4f electrons on the conduction band.

The welding liquation cracks and the change of grain boundaries in HAZ of thecast Ni-base superalloy have been investigated by wide variety examinations,includingmetallograph,phase analysis,SEM,TEM,EPMA,etc.The mechanism of liquationcracking in some cast Ni-base superalloys is as follows.Under high welding temperature,the γ+γ' eutectic nearby the grain boundaries and the Zr rich low melting constituentsin the front of eutectic reaction zone melted,and TiC nearby grain boundaries dissolvedor partially dissolved...

本文用金相、相分析、电镜,特别是扫描电镜、电子探针等手段对铸造镍基合金焊接液化裂纹、焊接热影响区晶界经受焊接高温过程的变化进行了综合研究。提出了某些铸造镍基合金液化裂纹产生的机理:①在焊接高温下,沿晶界及晶界附近的γ+γ′共晶及其反应前缘富Zr 等低熔物熔化;④沿晶界及晶界附近的TiC 全部或部分溶解、产生“组分液化”;③这些液相沿晶界漫流形成液化晶界的部分在焊接收缩应力下开裂。根据上述裂纹产生机理调整了某铸造镍基合金成分,合金的液化裂纹倾向性得到了改善。根据液化裂纹成因,采取了防止措施,在产品焊接上取得了良好效果。

Alloy DZ3 without O. I percent Zr decreases tendency to hot-cracking obviously. This is due to the effect of Zr on solidification behaviour. O. I percent Zr promotes the formation of eutectie (γ+γ′) distinctly. The Ni5Zr with low melting point forms because of Zr-rich liquid film will be maintained below 1180℃, therefore, solidification range of the alloy widens by 80℃ and the intenyal between the temperature at which the interdendritie feeding action disappears and the solidus temperature enlarges by 60℃.
