The effect of alloy element Zr on the Nb3Sn growth kinetics at the Cu-Sn/Nb interface has been investigated. The effect of alloy element Zr on the Nb3Sn growth kinetics at the Cu-Sn/Nb interface has been investigated. Experiments have revealed that the addition of Zr in single core composites increases the growth rate substantially and the variation of the Nb3Sn layer thickness with reaction time obviously exceeds the parabolic law. These results cannot be interpreted fully taking into account the fineness of Nb3Sn grains caused by the ZrO2 particles formed during heat treatment, and it is necessary to consider the increase of diffusion coefficient caused by supersaturation of vaeances around the ZrO2 particles. The depletion of Sn contents in the Cu-Sn matrix of multifilamentary composites during heat treatment greatly influenced the growth rate. The revised formula of growth kinetics gives a satisfactory explanation on the experimental results.

研究了合金元素Zr对Cu-Sn/Nb界面上Nb_3Sn生长动力学的影响。实验表明:在单芯复合材料中加入Zr显著提高了Nb_3Sn层的生长速率,层厚与时间的关系显著超过抛物线规律。这些结果不能仅用内氧化生成的ZrO_2颗粒使晶粒细化来解释,还必须考虑ZrO_2颗粒周围过饱和空位使扩散系数增大等因素。在多芯复合材料中热处理时Cu-Sn基体中Sn量的消耗,显著影响Nb_3Sn的生长。考虑了这一因素的Nb_3Sn生长动力学修正公式能对实验结果进行解释。

In order to control the quality induced by the grain growth during high temperature annealing of Fe-Ni-Co-Cu type alloys, Zr modification can effectively control the grain size to ASTM grade 5 to 6 during annealing at 1050℃.The form of existence of Zr in the alloys is investigated to search for the mechanism of grain growth retarded by Zr.The effect of the structure and size of particles formed by Zr on retarding the grain boundary mobility is analyzed and the factors influencing the effect of Zr retarding grain growth are discussed.It is shown that the addition of Zr in these alloys has improved the properties concerned with grain refinement, such as the characteristics of the grain boundary penetration by brazing alloys, workability, chemical stability, anti-SCC ability etc., and had little effect on its thermal expansion, mechanical properties and weldability by of TIG welding. These alloys modified by proper amount of Zr showed good performance during application to instruments and apparatus.

It was observed that while the Zr content in the alloys increases from x=0.02 to 0.87, the crystallization temperature, T_(cr), increases from 755 to 782K at a rate on heating of 10 K/min, and the saturation magnetization, σ(RT), at room temperature also the Curie temperature, Te, decrease 3% and 4.5% respectively. The fluctuation of the exchange interaction of the alloys is increased by the increase of Zr addition. The resistivity minimum was also obtained at low temperature of 15K in the alloy containing Zr=0.87. It seems to attribute this to Kortdo-like effect.

本文研究了掺少量Zr对非晶态Fe_(82-x)Zr_xSi_5B_(13)(x=0.02,0.16,0.87)合金的磁性、电性和热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,当Zr含量从x=0.02增加到0.87时,晶化温度T_(cr)从755K增加到782K(升温速率10K/min),室温下的饱和磁化强度σ(R. T. )和居里温度T_C分别下降了3%和4.5%。Zr的加入也使得交换积分的涨落增大。在x=0.87的样品中,温度T=15K时出现了电阻率的极小值,可以认为是类Kondo效应的贡献。
