Using the 18 FDG auto synthesizing system and cryptand kryptofix 2.2.2 supported nucleophilic substitution, 19 FDG is prepared by the reaction of 19 F -(KF),instead of [ 18 F]F - in the synthesis of 18 FDG, with precursor 1,3,4,6 tetra O acetyl 2 O trifluoromethane sulfonyl β D mannopyranose, and the epimeric selectivity of no carrier added 18 FDG synthesis is identified by 19 F NMR spectroscopy.

The QC analysis of three parallel 18FDG samples can be completed within 20 min.

Wear - resistance spray polyurea elastomer SPUA-102 was prepared from MDI, liquified MDI,polyether polyol, polyether polyamine and polyamine chain-extender. The effects of composition and NCO content onviscosity of prepolymer component, formulation ingredients on coating hardness, and amine component on the gelationtime were studied. And some items such as how to enhance wearresistance and chemical resistance of the spraypolurea elastomer system were discussed.

以MDI、液化MDI、聚醚多元醇、端氨基聚醚及肢类扩链剂等为原料,研制了一种喷涂型耐磨聚脲弹性体SPUA-102。对预聚体配方成分及NCO含量与粘度的关系、NCO含量对涂层的硬度、胺基组分配方对凝胶时间的影响,以及对如何提高耐磨性、耐介质性等问题进行了研究及探讨。
