The stability of the isotope generator of 68 Ge 68 Ga,including the elution curve of 68 Ga,elution efficiency of 68 Ga,breakthrough of 68 Ge and the concentration of Sn in the elute are studied.
The results show that the elution efficiency of 188W-188Re generator is greater than 85%, the breakthrough of I88W is less than 10-6, radionuclide purity is greater than 99. 90% and radiochemical purity is greater than 99%. The contents of Bacteria and endotoxin in eluate are qualitified.
It is found that the hydrate SnO 2· x H 2O have better selective absorbability for Ge. The elution efficiency for Ga is near 88% with 2.0 mL 0 1 mol/L HCl solution.
The elution performance of the new 99Mo-99Tcm generator is studied by radioactive "Mo and elution profile of 99Tcm from PZC 99Mo-99Tcm generator is examined. The elution efficiency and radiochemical purity are also abserved. The results show that the absorption capacity of Mo to PZC is up to 318. 0 mg/g. 88Tcm is easily eluted with 3 mL of saline solution in the yield of 64. 90%.
