         This paper describes some preliminary studies of the preparation of the superconducting Nb3Ge tape by using a high-speed and multilayer continuous CVD process.          In this paper the formulas for the estimation of sound pressure amplitude at the point receiver behind a half-infinite sound barrier, especially in the "shadow" region are given. It makes thelarge lens be satisfied with the design requirement without centralizing and edging.
            本文叙述了透镜边厚差(△t)和球心偏差(C)的关系。并通过对大透镜加工中边厚差的检测,保证其光轴与几何轴重合度,从而使大透镜不经定心磨边即能满足设计要求。
