The method of measuring and controlling the edge thickness difference and center aberration solve the acceptance test problem of controlling edge thickness and center aberration during manufacturing procedure for particular small visible and invisible light lens.
The accurate calculating method of allowable edge thickness difference and the measuring method of edge thickness difference for the centring of lens, and the processing procedure of lens are discussed in this paper. The analysis of accuracy shows that present method is practicable and effective for the high accurate centring of large diameter lens. Furthermore, for the concentrical or the approximately concentrical lenses of difficult centring, present method has also meaning of practical application.
This machine is advanced, design is noval, automation Ievel is high,Structure is rational and compact, weight is Iight, operation and maintenance is simply, work is reliabl. It can be adapted on sliting Iine with high spee(3 m/s). The waste edge to be coil is 0.32~8mm thick, 10~60 mm wide, the grade of steel is plain carbon and low alloy-steel.
The present paper concentrates mainly on the effects of geometry, such as stagger angle, leading and trailing edge thickness, maximum thickness and its location on adiabatic efficiency, total pressure ratio and mass flow rate.
Examination of experimental infrared thermography data illustrates the importance of the leading edge thickness and (non-) uniformity to the transition process.
It is found that the role played by the conductivity of the material and the leading edge thickness in moderating the nose temperature is very significant.
Two-dimensional URANS calculations are carried out with turbulence mean properties from the DNS used at the inlet; the inflow boundary-layer thickness is 6.42 times the trailing-edge thickness, close to typical turbine blade flow applications.
This paper describes some preliminary studies of the preparation of the superconducting Nb3Ge tape by using a high-speed and multilayer continuous CVD process. The Nb3-Ge films were deposited on the Hastelloy B substrate at the tape speed of 15-23 m/hr. by simultaneous hydrogen reduction of NbCL4 and GeCl2 vapor. Sample NbsGe tapes of 2.5mm in width and with the films on each side 5 μm thick has been prepared with A 15 Nb3Ge as the major phase in the deposit. The sample has a Tc onset of 21.0k and a Tc midp...
In this paper the formulas for the estimation of sound pressure amplitude at the point receiver behind a half-infinite sound barrier, especially in the "shadow" region are given. The barrier may be a thin screen, or a wedge, or a wide barrier. These formulas are based on the Huygens-Fresnel's principle of diffraction and obtained directly on the concept of Fresnel half-period zone. Using these formulas a new method called Fresnel Zone Method 10 calculate sound insertion loss of a barrier is obtained. The ca...
The relation between the deviation of edge thickness(△t) and spherical centererror(C)is discussed. By checking the edge thickness of a large lens in the produ-ction, the coincidence of optical axis and geometrical axis is eusured. It makes thelarge lens be satisfied with the design requirement without centralizing and edging.
