On the basis of the theoretical analysis of various different interference caused by the sources with different properties, the relevant shield measures are investigated, thus the optimal anti-interference effect is derived.
The anti-interference effect of the presented method is analyzed by simulation data and on-site testing data and is compared with those by common used methods such as digital filter, time-frequency conversion, adaptive filtering and wavelet transform based filtering.

The relative absorbance of calcium reached to about 90% when 0.5% or 1% La was used in the P/Ca ratio of 30; 3) Sr had two actions. On one hand Sr had some suppressing action on P interference, and on the other hand Sr depressed the Ca absorption signal obviously; and 4) 8-hydroxyqui-noline had some but not very effective interference suppressing action. The content of Ca determined in food SRM were lower than certified value using 0.1% 8-hydroxyquinoline as interference suppressing agent.
Anti-interference is a key technique of the microcomputer testing system used on the industrial site. Using NQ-1 system as an example, Some phenomena of the disturbed system are described in this paper, and both hardware and software anti-interferance measures are presented.
