    A new graphite evaporator was employed. The temperature of the evaporator and the substrate and deposition rate were controlled accurately.The effect of technological paraments on the electrical performance of CdS films and the efficiency of Cu2S/CdS solar cells were studied. The optimum of technological conditions is presented. The highest value of efficiency obtained in direct sunlight is 7.8%.
