After comparison among geometrical parameters of the tooth, a group of optimum parameters for pole width, slot width and slot depth of the multi tooth structure was presented. As magnet edge effect, nonlinear effect and magne tic flux leakage effect are included in the computation, the results are more reliable than that of other computing methods.
