The influence of H_2 pre-treatment on CuO/Al_2O_3, CuO-CoO/Al_2O_3 and CuO-Ce_2O_3/Al_2O_3 catalysts was studied by the technique of redox in situ and XPS.It was principally investigated the influence of the catalysts on CO oxidation activities by varying H_2 reduction time, H_2 content and redox circulation.The results showed that after H_2 reduction treatment, the oxidation activities of Al_2O_3-supported CuO, CuO-CoO and CuO-Ce_2O_3 catalysts were obviously increased.When the Al_2O_3-supported CuO-MO_x catalysts had been reduced in pure H_2 gas for 1 to 5 minutes, the activities of these catalysts were increased by 3% to 45%.Low H_2 content during the reduction of the catalysts could remarkably improved the CO oxidation activities of the catalysts.And the oxidation activities of the Al_2O_3-supported CuO-MO_x catalysts were increased along with increasing the number of redox circulation.The results of redox in situ and XPS showed that the chemical state of the active component, Cu, was changed after the H_2 reduction treatment.The ratio of Cu~+ and Cu~2+ in the active phase of CuO-CoO/Al_2O_3 catalyst was increased from 0.29 to 1.45.The activity increasement of the catalysts was mainly attributed to the change of the ratio of Cu~+ to Cu~2+ in the active phase.

研究了H2 预处理对Al2 O3负载CuO和CuO -MOx 催化剂的作用。考察了H2 处理时间、H2 处理浓度以及多次还原氧化循环对CuO系催化剂CO氧化活性的影响规律 ,并用原位还原氧化反应技术、XPS对H2 预处理的作用进行了研究。结果表明 ,CuO -CoO Al2 O3和CuO -Ce2 O3 Al2 O3催化剂受H2 还原处理后CO氧化活性明显增加 ,并随H2 处理时间、处理浓度的增加而增强。而且催化剂的CO氧化活性还随着还原氧化次数的增加而增加 ,H2 预处理导致CuO系催化剂活性相中Cu的化学状态的变化 ,是催化剂氧化活性增加的主要因素。
