Effects of Boundary Condition and Helix Angle on Meshing Performance of TI Worm Gearing
      
With helix angle chosen as parameter, the criterion for the existence of meshing boundary line on the surface of TI worm gearing is derived.
      
Results show that there can be four situations for meshing boundary line on the tooth surface of gear, namely, inexistence of meshing boundary line, a unique line, two lines, and two coincident lines.
      
If the helix angle is equal to or slightly smaller than the bigger angle, which makes two meshing boundary lines superpose, a preferable meshing performance is obtained.

目前,摆线针齿行星传动设计时所用的针齿啮合力公式是以全齿啮合为前提导出的。国内外个别试验表明,此公式与实际严重不符。为了测试针齿啮合力的实际值,以逐步建立符合实际的针齿啮合力公式,也为了对一些装有变态齿形摆线轮的摆线针齿行星减速机的强度作出评价,对BW220—71型装有不同齿形摆线轮时的斜齿啮合力进行了电测,首次求得了速比为71时短摆齿形、干涉齿形以及普摆齿形的针齿啮合力分布,试验结果表明:短摆齿形的最大针齿啮合力是理论值的2.5~3.2倍;干涉齿形最大针齿啮合力低于短摆齿形;而普摆齿形最大针齿啮合力仅为短摆齿形的63%。本文介绍的试验装置采用减速—增速系统在高速端加载可避免直接扭转底速轴造成的附加弯矩。
