本文应用波动理论分析机床某些低频杂音产生的机理,认为机床低频杂音的重要来源之一,是机床传动系统中齿轮啮合频率与某边频在幅值接近时形成的拍现象的声音响应。从拍运动方程可知,拍信号可用频谱分析方法来识別。由此本文提出识别机床杂音的方法。

In high-pressure gear pump model CBZ of new design, the pressure level is raised to 31.5 MPa owing to the application of radial floating compensation. However, high frequency noise occured because of the pressure increment, resulting in pressure fluctuation and vibration, and consequently, cavitation. This article attempts to describe the elimination of cavitation through analysis and calculation approach.

主要论述了新型结构的CBZ型高压齿轮泵由于采用了径向浮动补偿装置,使外啮合齿轮泵压力级提高到31.5M Pa,但由于升压产生高频噪声,引起压力波动与振动而造成气蚀现象。文中通过分析、计算,试图阐述如何消除气蚀现象。
