Hence it givea s theore- tical basis for the design of an-involute gear hob by means of the theory of conjugation in apace. The paper also gives the formulas and example for the design of gear hob with straight flute and rake angle.

本文运用投影齿条原理提出了计算空间啮合的新方法——空问媒介齿条法。找到了由给定的非渐开线齿轮,求与它相共轭的基本蜗杆形状之间的简单关系式,并进而发现在正常啮合情况下,基本蜗杆与齿轮啮合中的一些重要特点,因而为实际使用中采用空间啮合原理设计非渐开线齿轮滚刀齿形提供了理论基础。本文还附有前角直槽滚刀齿形的计算公式和实例。

线啮合圆弧齿轮是我们几年来研究的一种新型齿廓齿轮。它既具有渐开线齿轮的线啮合特性,又具有圆弧点啮合齿轮的凹凸齿廓接触的优点。本文是第一篇有关线啮合圆弧齿轮的理论分析报告。文章分析了齿形曲线实现线啮合的条件,论证了线啮合圆弧齿轮的优越性能,最后,扼要地报告了该齿轮的试制试验结果。
