本文叙述了对轮子或履带试验的两种基本方法——控制牵引力法和控制滑转率法。在对已有的滑转率控制机构分析的基础上,为满足水田中试验的需要,提出在成批生产的拖拉机上加装滑转率控制机构的新方案,论述了这种方案的原理,说明了它的优点。介绍了按这种方案改装的试验用履带底盘。示出用该底盘在水田中试验结果的一组数据,画出被试履带行走装置在试验地中的牵引特性曲线。最后根据上述问题的理论分析和试验结果提出相应的结论。

This article describles how to determine the trapezoidal arm's length m, bottom angle r and turn-off point c and c_1 of the turn trapezoidal mechanism in dual transverse ties of the symmetrical installation for the afterdischarge of an automobile. There are five parts in this article. 1. Mechanism analysis; 2. Designvariable; 3. Restriction condition; 4. Objective function; 5. The selection of optimization method and the examples of calculation.

Construction control is a key technique in cable dome design,but the methods described in the available literatures are always very complicated.For successful application of cable domes to engineering projects,it is necessary to simplify its construction process.Based on mechanism analysis of a 5m-diameter Levy type cable dome model,this paper presents three construction methods: the first method is to construct the dome by only pulling the outmost diagonal cable,the second one is to construct it by only pulling the outmost ridge cable and the last one is to construct it by only pulling the outmost hoop cable.The experiments of the three methods are all performed in more detail,and are compared with theoretical analysis results.The experimental results agree well with the theoretical analysis,which shows that all these construction methods are feasible.And the construction research provided in this paper may be of help to further research and application of cable domes.

施工张拉控制是索穹顶结构的关键技术之一,但是现有文献描述的施工方法往往过于复杂。为了促进索穹顶结构在实际工程中的成功应用,简化其施工过程非常必要。基于机构分析原理,本文以一直径为5m的葵花型索穹顶结构模型为研究对象,考察了索穹顶结构的三种施工张拉方法:张拉最外圈斜索成形法、张拉最外圈脊索成形法及张拉最外圈环索成形法。文中对上述三种施工方法进行了详细的试验研究,并将其与理论计算结果进行了对比分析,发现试验结果和理论分析吻合较好,证明了上述三种施工张拉方法是可行的。本文的试验研究有助于对该类结构的进一步研究和工程应用。
